We assume you've already read everything in The Bronze Level section so we won't simply copy and past text from there to here. If you're checking out the silver level you're obviously of superior intelligence and refined taste. So, let's focus on what makes the silver level different, and perhaps much better than the bronze Level.
With eight hours you get a lot more breathing room as opposed to
six hours of coverage.
You don’t have to watch the clock as much and
realistically you can have a very complete album.
With most weddings you can cover 85-90% of the main
events of the day.
When it comes to wedding photography coverage, this is
really the sweet spot.

We always enjoy looking at other photographers packages. Some of them give out prints such as 4x6 and like they have some kind of value associated with them. A very common thing is to offer 300 4x6 photographs for example. What are you going to do with 300 4x6 photographs? Once you have our high resolution DVD, you can make all the prints you want. You can get 300 4x6 photographs printed for under $50. Therefore, we don't bulk up our packages with stuff you really don't need.
The purpose of the Fusion Package is to tailor your album around your needs. Some people need a package that comes with parent albums, other don’t. We don't tell you what you'll get from us, instead you tell us what you want. Let's look at all the following options:
An engagement portrait is one of those "nice to haves" but not "need to haves" options. This is our standard engagement portrait session. The session includes up to two digital images for your save the date cards or wedding invitations. You'll get all the images when your package is paid in full. It also includes an 11x14 image that we carefully retouch. The package also comes with a signature mat and frame which is 20x24 inches in size.
Over the years so many photographers have thrown in the engagement portrait session into their packages that it's almost an afterthought. The reality is that the materials for the engagement portrait cost money which you ultimately pay for, just like the aforementioned 4x6 prints, so in a very real sense they aren't free. We think that if you're watching your budget, you may want to forgo the engagement portrait session and use the credit towards something else.
For many of our brides the engagement portrait is a must. There are some advantages to it, first it gives us a chance to work together before the wedding. We take notes on what works well and what doesn't during the engagement portrait session and for some of our clients this has helped us do a better job photographing them on their wedding day. We often encourage our brides to do a trial run of their wedding day makeup and see how it photographs on their wedding day. You can share the results with your makeup artist. Engagement portraits are also good for grooms who may be a little camera shy. It's a fun experience that's nothing like going to the dentist. If you would like an engagement portrait, we'll do a great job for you!
Really, this is a better use of your funds than an engagement portrait session. With the two hours of extra coverage that comes with the silver level of the Fusion package we will of course take more images and thus 30 sides probably may be a little tight for this amount of coverage. Ten extra sides can make the album flow easier. People often ask us how many images we can put into an album. Can we put in 300 images into a 30 side layout so that each two page spread has 20 images? Sure! You won't like the way it looks, but we can do it. Our rule of thumb is 2.5 images per page side. Thus with a 40 side album you can comfortably have 100 images in your album. We are going to need to know that you plan to order extra pages before we layout your album. Most of the other extras, such as parent albums, size upgrades, and even album cover choices can be decided later on. We will need to know before your wedding if you plan to select the 10 side upgrade option.
This is one of the reasons you need to meet with us.
Some brides like 10x10 albums and others like 12x12
albums. It's a
decision that just hits you.
The 12x12 album is the size of a traditional wedding
album. It's
been a popular size for many years.
But today more than ever we are getting brides who like
the smaller 10x10 album.
So, you gotta see what you like best.
This is a 5x5 replica parent album

Fusion Cover Choices- The thing that makes the fusion package rock is the many different cover options you have. Check out our FUSION COVER CHOICES PAGE to learn more about cover options, check out PDFs of all the different cover swatches and see more demo albums with full descriptions of the covers.
A few years back nearly every album we sold had the a silver foil stamp with the words "Our Wedding" on the cover along with the bridal couples names and date in the bottom right corner. Then this got a bit outdated and nobody wanted it anymore. After all, does your wedding album really need a title? And you know who you are. Now the trend it have blank covers. But, it can be a bit stark. It's a good idea to have something on the cover, such as an inset photo. But with the right image, a photo cover is very impressive.
